• 三月工讀暨學習紀錄表(登入教學助理管理平台列印)，本資料須與助學工讀系統打卡時間相符，且因勞僱型教學助理核銷薪資所需，請務必準時繳交，以免耽誤薪資發放。
• 學生輔導簽到表(自行至平台文件下載區列印，若無學生簽到可不繳)。
• 完成助學工讀系統之工作日誌。(無須列印，內容須與工讀暨學習紀錄表相符)。

3. Please complete the work diary (No need to print).
